Termination Procedure

1. Investigation & Review

  • Jenga eLearning will conduct an internal review of the alleged violation.
  • If necessary, the user may be asked to provide clarification or a response.

2. Issuance of Warning (if applicable)

  • For minor violations, a formal warning will be issued via email or platform notification.
  • The user will be given an opportunity to correct the violation within a specified period.

3. Final Decision & Notification

  • If the violation is severe or remains uncorrected, Jenga eLearning will issue a formal termination notice.
  • The notice will outline the reason for termination, effective date, and any relevant consequences.

4. Access Revocation

  • The user’s access to courses, services, and accounts will be revoked as per the termination date.
  • No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

5. Appeal Process (if applicable)

  • Users may appeal within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) by submitting a written request with justifications.
  • Jenga eLearning will review the appeal and provide a final decision within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Legal & Compliance Measures

If necessary, legal action may be taken for serious violations involving fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.
