2. Class Attendance: Regular attendance in live or virtual classes is expected to successfully complete the course. Failure to attend classes may result in non-completion of the course without any refund.

4. Intellectual Property

2. Student Projects: Any projects or materials created by students during the course remain the intellectual property of the student. However, Jenga eLearning reserves the right to showcase student projects with consent from the students for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to the student.

5. Code of Conduct

1. Behavior: All students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, fellow students, and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the course without a refund.

2. Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violations of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in a course, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
